No outside storage
Trash must be deposited in dumpster provided.
Pets Welcome
Dogs always leashed. No Aggressive breeds : Includes those that show aggression to other patrons or their pets.
Please do not walk them in common areas, and scoop the poop.
Keep site area clean, extinguish unattended fire pits.

Monthly rate is based on 2 Adults 2 Children.
Additional children $ 10.00 , Adults  $ 30.00

Pleas keep vehicles , boats, etc. parked in your area. Spaces have adequate length and width for parking. Courtesy for your neighbors, please.
